I’m a 30+ year old woman participating in a hiring process for a great job with great benefits but my “trailing husband” is going to need to find a job that also pays well.

I’m concerned that after FIFA, construction is slower and also concerned that they are able to outsource so much cheap labour. Do they also outsource construction management roles? I am also worried about the heat there - how do managers work there… I am hoping they are not always outside.

He is Canadian and I’m hoping Canadian experience pays off.
