All you need to know about FIFA 2022 Match day Shuttle
Qatar Airways announced a partnership with leading GCC carriers to launch match day shuttle service to Qatar during the 2022 World Cup. Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker announced that Gulf carriers will operate daytime shuttle services to Doha from Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Kuwait City, and Muscat. The match day shuttle service will allow the entry of over 18,000 fans daily into Qatar during the Tournament period.
The shuttles will depart from Doha Airport, which has been rebuilt for the occasion. The airlines will continue to run their regularly scheduled flights. Flights will arrive up to 5-6 hours before the match in Doha. Additional flights will be operated in collaboration with our business partners. The goal is to make the fan experience as smooth as possible, so that everyone can enjoy the World Cup. The match day shuttle flights will be available for purchase soon.

On a shuttle flight to Doha, passengers must have a Hayya card, a match ticket, and a return boarding permit. Passengers traveling for personal reasons should continue to take regular scheduled flights. Each airline will have its own system for dealing with these concerns, which will be made very clear on their websites.
Principle of match day shuttle is to allow fans to come to Qatar, watch the respective match and return within 24 hours. Every day of the tournament, 60 flights from the UAE, 40 flights from Saudi Arabia, 48 flights from Oman, and 16 flights from Kuwait will run from five cities in four countries: Dubai, Jeddah, Riyadh, Kuwait City, and Muscat. These flights will provide ticket holders throughout the region with a one-of-a-kind and exclusive opportunity to experience the World Cup atmosphere without needing to remain in Qatar during the tournament.
