On game days, entrance to the stadium requires both a Hayya card (Fan ID) and the appropriate match ticket. The Hayya Card will serve as an entry permission to Qatar for all foreign visitors, regardless of their intended purpose, and will be the exclusive method of entry from 1 November 2022 through 1 January 2023.

In general, all foreign visitors must confirm their stay arrangements after purchasing their tickets in order to enter the State of Qatar and enter the stadiums. Fans from outside Qatar will be able to utilize the digital Hayya card as a visa to enter the nation.
