Professional Profile

Role Objective:

To supervise and manage all finishing works (interior and exterior) ensuring execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize finishing works (painting, flooring, ceilings, joinery, marble, gypsum, etc.).

• Review and approve shop drawings and detailed finishing plans.

• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Monitor and approve materials to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Track daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.

• Resolve technical issues and site conflicts promptly.

• Enforce health and safety standards across finishing works.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management or client.

• Supervise final handover, ensuring completion of snag lists and quality compliance.

 

الهدف الوظيفي:

الإشراف على كافة أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية وضمان تنفيذها وفقًا للمخططات والمواصفات الفنية والجودة المطلوبة، ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية المحددة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة وتنظيم أعمال التشطيبات (دهانات، أرضيات، أسقف، نجارة، رخام، جبس، إلخ).

• مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية والرسومات التفصيلية الخاصة بأعمال التشطيبات.

• تنسيق العمل بين الاستشاريين، المقاولين، الموردين، والفرق الفنية.

• مراقبة جودة المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية.

• متابعة تقدم الأعمال يوميًا وضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني.

• حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع ومعالجة أي تعارضات بين الأعمال.

• تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في موقع العمل.

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن سير العمل ورفعها للإدارة أو المالك.

 

• الإشراف على أعمال التسليم النهائي وإدارة قائمة الملاحظات (Snag List) حتى الإنجاز الكامل
