JOB DESCRIPTION

Acting as the first point of contact

Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone

Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, answering or directing inquiries.

Followup with the production team with quality check & preparation of the final deliveries

Prepare sales report & follow up on customer payments

Collating and filing invoices and expenses in coordination with Accountant

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the company’s products, promotional campaigns, etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients

Be equipped to work during busy season and be good with multi tasking
