Description
1. Sales Assistant works on the sales floor providing assistance directly to customers. Their duties include greeting customers who enter the store, managing the cash register or point of sale system and helping customers find products in their store.
2. Serve customers and handle any returns and refunds.
3. Unpack deliveries, stock shelves and arrange displays.
4. Rotate and replace stock.
5. Promote products to meet sales targets.
6. Keep the store clean and tidy.
