Description
Job Title: Baker
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other items from scratch or as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and equipment performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
- Manage ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Minimize waste through proper portioning and storage.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist in developing new bakery products when required.
Qualifications
- Male candidate (as per operational requirements).
- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.
- Skilled in baking from scratch and following standard recipes.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Culinary or baking diploma/certification preferred.
- Age not more than 40 years old.
- Candidates may be asked to complete a practical baking test.
Compensation Package
- Salary: 4,000 + Accommodation +Transportation
