Preparing Daily, weekly and Monthly Cost Report. • Quantity take off from the Drawings as per the Preambles, Standard Method of Measurements and Project Specifications • Preparation and Submission of Monthly Interim Payment and Sub-Contractor Payment Certificates. • Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Subcontractor Payment Valuation Reports and Any Other Report Required by the Company. • Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Obtain Subcontractor, Supplier Rate and Market Price and Prepare Detail Breakup, Rate Analysis and Prepare Comparison Sheet. • Preparing LPO, Hire Order & Work Order (Navision System) • Entering Material Request, Hire Order Request & Work Request to system • Preparing Monthly Food Reports, Concrete Reports & Woqod Fuel Reports. • Preparing all IPC Data Log and Uploading to (Navision/Sap) system for Subcontractor payment Release • Identifying changes in tender IFC drawings and Sending RFI • preparing detail variation submittal with relevant documents • Preparing New/Star Rates for new items found in Drawing • Site visit for QA/QC inspection • Expert in Excel, Dynamics Navision System – ERP & SAP
