I am essentially running an e-commerce business that sells Japanese products online to Qatar & GCC.

What are the admin side expectations I am looking for:

• Be able to manage shopify website, add descriptions etc.
• Do generic admin and inventory work
• English and formatting fluency
• Ability to do footwork in some mornings (or evenings) for basic admin tasks

What are the technical excpectation I hope will be there, all optional, but the more you have, the stronger your CV. So please be clear as to which ones you have, even if bot mentioned here:

• SEO
• Marketing & Digital Marketing
• Sales
• Shopify website design

Payment terms can be either fixed salary or 50% commission on each sale based on sales for a 1 year contact with more preferrably a contract on 50% comission on sales. This however, can be negotiated and tweaked. 

A 2-week no-pay probabation period will be mandatory before work commences.

Contract will be renewed after excellent performance in annual appraisal.

You need to prove you have at least 20hrs/week.
