Fleet Coordinator

A fleet coordinator is responsible for the efficient management and organization of a company's vehicles. Their duties include scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, monitoring vehicle usage and ensuring complliance with regulations. They act as a point of contract for drivers, mechanics and management, and may also be involved in tasks like fuel card management and accident reporting.

REQUIREMENT:

•  Any Bachelor degree/ diploma
•  Excellent knowledge on MS office is mandatory
•  2-3 years experience in fleet management 
•  Coordinate and monitor with vehicle usage and ensuring compliance with regulation.
•  Primary liaison with other departments 
•  Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
•  Valid QID
•  Sponsorship change required
•  In country hire only
