We are looking for a talented and versatile professional to join our team in a dual role as an Accountant and Draftsman. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both our financial stability and the creative process that brings our designs to life.

Valid Qatar Driving License is nessessary.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field for the Accountant role.

·       Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of financial regulations.

·       Professional certification, such as CPA for the Accountant role, is a plus.

·       Bachelor's degree or diploma in Drafting, Design, or related field for the Draftsman role.

·       Proficiency in Sketchup software, AutoCAD or similar 

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Effective communication and teamwork skills

Desired Skills & Experience

Accountant Responsibilities:

1.     Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2.     Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and assist with budget forecasts.

3.     Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations for financial decision-making.

4.     Audit Support: Assist with financial audits, liaise with auditors, and provide required documentation.

5.     Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, including tracking and reconciling transactions.

Draftsman Responsibilities:

1.     Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings and plans, including architectural and structural designs, using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

2.     Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

3.     Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.

4.     Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all design drawings and revisions.
