Description
Checking all rental agreements for accuracy. Filling in driver time sheets and other documentation like fuel card receipts. Undertaking regular spot safety inspections of all vehicles to check for wear, damage or maladjustment. Negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers of vehicles, cranes, fuel and tires. Ensuring that all vehicles are fully checked prior to going out on hire, and that they are safe to drive. Initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies.
