Description
A Logistics/Admin Coordinator facilitates communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. Transportation co-ordination & vehicle pool management is the core responsibility, particularly for this position.
Candidate should be well versed in MS Office / Excel and familiar with ERP modules. Data entry and vehicle tracking will be their prime responsiblities.
Coordinating vehicle allotment / transportation arrangements for staff, workers etc.
· Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
· Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
· Preparing bills and invoices
· Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
This position is at Ras Laffan – Dahirah Area. You will be working under our facility management company for a multinational client, who is having their base location at Ras Laffan.
Total Salary package is Qrs.4,000/- per month (all inclusive).
