Job Title: HEAD OF OPERATIONS

A dynamic and leading company committed to providing innovative and tailored mobility solutions. With a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Operations.

Position Overview: As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational functions of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and a seamless customer experience and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance overall business performance.
2. Streamline and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Lead a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
5. Monitor and analyse operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
7. Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Collaborate with other departments to align operational objectives with overall company goals.
9. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a senior operational role within the automotive or leasing industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
