 The Salary To Be Negotiate (Depends On The Interview )

 

§  Handle responsibly (records and tracking) of all Purchased Orders received from the Client

 

§  Proper coordination with the international suppliers and shipping/logistics companies for smooth transaction of shipping the materials purchased

 

§  Proper coordination with the Engineers Incharge prior to purchasing the materials (Local & Overseas)

 

§  Sourcing and negotiating price with suppliers (Local and overseas)

 

§  Sending price enquiry to shipping/logistics companies and prepare price comparison for approval

 

§  Knowledgeable with Qatar Customs requirements for the shipping  clearance, ensure all the required documentation prepared prior to shipping the goods from the origin 

 

§  Responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving of all items ordered

 

§  Ensure materials received are appropriately counted and checked as per the order (Item description and quantity)

 

§  Manage and maintain updated records of Purchased orders (Client and suppliers)
