DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a team player, and able to handle a wide variety of tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical

Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Perform data entry and maintain databases

Greet and assist visitors and clients

Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Support other staff and departments as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, video conferencing tools)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Familiarity with project management tools or CRM software
