Role: Procurement Officer (Full-Time, On-Site – Doha)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery
•Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely approvals
•Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure cost-effective deals
•Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
•Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
•Work closely with internal teams to understand material requirements
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience:
•2–3 years of proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
•Experience in the industrial supplies or building materials sector is an added advantage
Skills:
•Strong understanding of procurement processes and purchase order management
•Excellent negotiation, vendor evaluation, and contract management skills
•Proficient in using procurement or ERP software
•Strong analytical skills for comparing suppliers, pricing, and lead times
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
•Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
