URGENTLY LOOKING FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING EXECUTIVE FOR LOGISTICS SECTOR

EXPERIENCE IN SALES & OPERATION FOR FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS FIELD.

HANDLE FREIGHT OPERATION INDEPENDEDLY WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION, KNOWLEDGE OF GLOBAL NET WORK AGENCY COMMUNICATIONS.

Handle responsibly (records and tracking) of all Purchased Orders received from the Client

Proper coordination with the international suppliers and shipping/logistics companies for smooth transaction of shipping the materials purchased

Sending price enquiry to shipping/logistics companies and prepare price comparison for approval

Knowledgeable with Qatar Customs requirements for the shipping clearance, ensure all the required documentation prepared prior to shipping the goods from the origin

Responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving of all items ordered

Manage and maintain updated records of Purchased orders (Client and suppliers)
