Description

•   Repairing and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards
•          Prepare and Select the required equipment and piping for different projects.
•             Negotiate and received necessary quotation from different suppliers and follow up until delivery.
•          Should have the knowledge of different piping/Hose material and standards.
•           Handle simple and complex industrial equipment like Road tanker, ISO tanks, Pumps, Blending Vessel, Valves, compressor, OT Crane, Air Conditioner and Other Machineries.
• Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
•   Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems
•   Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems at facilities and production equipment.
•     Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions in an electronic
•    Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Supervisor  
•     Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves and aprons.
•     Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area.
•   Comply with all the Delivery & Offloading procedures
•     Responsible for right allocation of shop floor team to increase the productivity & control on the abnormal operational cost
• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures

 

Salary Package - Between  3500QAR to 4000QAR ( all included ) 

Candidate with Handoff expereince is preferred.
