Job Responsibilities

   Site management, Supervise to discipline, controlling, leading & organized to scaffolding crew.

   Good planner for Project jobs, Shutdown jobs, maintenance jobs for monthly, weekly &daily, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.

    Project control, tracking & measurement.

    Manpower & Materials management.

    Verify and monitor scaffolding design.

    Working as Team, Problem solver, Good communicator.

    Cost and risk analysis/evaluation.

  Excellent knowledge about Sap Navigation, Request Work order Generate permit Number Microsoft office Programming, Power Point and internet operation, PeopleSoft (JD Edward, Oracle), lotus notes.

  Expertise knowledge about various type of scaffolding (tube &/ fitting, cup lock, ring lock, peri, bracket scaffolding.

 Rigging and Lifting operation & Forklift Operation with valid license.

   Resource planning & control.

   Scaffold Inspection Scaffolding Trainer.

  Expertise knowledge about MSDS,JSA or AHA, risk assessment, & various safety method.

   Overview Maintenance Excellence.

   Time Management, Documentation & Cost estimation.

   Coordinate with client for estimate resources.

  Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance following quality assurance and quality control procedures.

   Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with client and contractors, representatives in a highly professional manner.

  Dependent on the project or section of work being supervised specialist knowledge may at times be desirable or essential, Working knowledge of basic hand tools, lifting, civil, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment.

Educational Qualification - Any Bachelor’s Degree - International certification as scaffolding inspector Mandatory Requirements - Min Experience – 10 Years - Oil and Gas Experience- 5 Years - Immediate requirement - Valid Qatar Driver’s License
