🕒 Working Hours: Two shifts
Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Admin at an advertising company located in Doha, Qatar. The Account Admin will be responsible for tasks related to finance, accounting, customer service, account reconciliation, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting tasks and record financial transactions
This position for lady.
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
Organize accounting files and records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Assist in preparing periodic financial reports
Respond to account-related inquiries
Requirements: Previous experience in accounting or financial administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work within a team and under pressure
Full availability to work both shifts
Customer Service skills
