Description

• Responsible for the day to day operations i.e. stock ordering, merchandising.
• Manpower handling, inventory integrity & control and floor operations.
• Plan and coordinate events and sales activities to ensure competitiveness in local market.
• Assist in selections and recruitment of staff, coordinate the train them in their sections and also ensuring that all staff follows the company policy and procedures guidelines.
• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve sales target.
• Trained staffs in respective areas, motivate and direct them in order to achieve company's goal.
• Ensure that communication with our customers and staff is dealt with effectively and efficiently.
• To maximize profit by delivering the best possible service at lower cost with no waste expenditure
