- Definition of technical and quality standards and tools for production and coordination of information models
- Preparation or support to prepare technical reports at project level, relevant to his field of play (discipline/trade)
- Development, maintenance and enforcement of Project BIM Requirements, by liaising with all stakeholders from Clients and its representatives
- Lead, maintain and coordinate with BIMTEC's Project controls all required information, tasks and activities for Contract, Project and Risk Management in accordance with company's standards
- Analysis and Review of technical information
- Review, Audit and Quality Check of Information models
- Task assignment and monitoring for the subordinates (production/project) team
Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:
- Be an inspiration leader by strong principles and commitment to the organization based on organization, resilience and agility.
- Sponsor and disseminate an R&D and innovation culture across the department, defining a climate for overall success.
- Identify and establish new opportunities for BIM/Projects execution, in alignment with Line Managers and following company’s strategy
- Lead, maintain and monitor the task management systems for his subordinates, in collaboration with Project Controls
