Description

· Direct reporting to management

· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

· Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules

· Receive and report on all sales leads

· Supervise sales representatives and assistants

· Data input into POS system

· Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales

· Meet all sales targets set by management

· Shipment management

· Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries

· Track inventory

· Order new supplies in a timely manner

· Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs

· Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

· Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance
