Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors) especially for HVAC equipment’s and  HVAC /MEP projects .
• Responsible for the  sales of light commercial (ducted split /VRF) and  Applied (AHUs,FCUs, chillers ), following up on current and future projects
• Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
• Review enquiries and Guide application team in making quotations & submittals
• Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant
• Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
• Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
• Account management within Qatar
• Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers.
• Project Payment follow up and Realization
• Input, Monitor and Update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the Management.

Job Requirements: Experience & Knowledge: *At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector *Successful track Record in the Qatar market and HVAC industry *Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions *Strong product knowledge of DX light commercials , Chillers, Airside products *Qatar Driving license is must.
