Position: Procurement & Logistics Executive
We are looking for a Professional Procurement & Logistics Executive and Sale Coordinator locally available with NOC who is self-motivated
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
- Maintains vendor evaluation program and reports on on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
- Monitors inventory position levels against internal forecast and customer orders to maintain acceptable safety stock
Position: Sales Coordinator
- Receives and executes customers’ orders as per company procedures and customers agreements.
- Sales coordinator should have good experience in online shopping international and local with local tenders.
- Informs and expedites procurement team for the supply of unavailable products.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the company logistic and supply/delivery chain processes.
- Maintains and updates all information related to purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes as per company set rules and procedures.
- Assists the Corporate Salesperson on responding to customer enquiries and showroom visits when needed.
- Maintain a filing system for all related invoices and sales transactions
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
