Description
Overview:
Supports Project Security Manager / Operations Manager on all security-related matters. Acts as a liaison between Project Security Manager and Client. Coordinates day-to-day security functions related to the site and evaluates, assesses, and analyzes security personnel performance. Documents and reports substandard performance and makes recommendations for corrective actions. Escalates and documents security-related incidents and conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports. Conducts audits, announced or unannounced, and ensures adherence to approved security controls and procedures. Provides regular updates on security issues to the Project Security Manager / Operations Manager.
Responsibility:
· May develop and maintain site security procedures & policies.
· Conduct periodic audits of contract security operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
· Adheres to the project security plan and associated procedures and the relevant security sections of crisis management and emergency response focusing on the protection of people, assets, information, and reputation.
· Work with site emergency response personnel and participates in annual security-related exercises to test site security operations.
· May establish adequate liaison and coordination channels with local and relevant federal law enforcement authorities in order to protect Clients, contractors, vendors, and client personnel on-site as required.
· Conducts internal periodic audits of the site.
· Prepare daily and monthly security reports and other security reports as required by project management and the Project Security Manager.
· Submitting final reports when investigations are concluded to the Project Security Manager / Operations Manager.
· Any illegal activity to be brought to the notice of the management and client.

Qualification: • 5+ years’ experience with a Security Company is mandatory • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team • Ability to speak a Arabic Language would be added advantage • Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends. • Valid NOC should be available and should be open to transfer sponsorship • Qatar Driving License is mandatory.Location
