Below is summary of the of job description:
Organize and managed the pastry area.
Creating recipes, ordering ingredients and coordinating baking schedule to produce the required goods
To ensure all items sent out is correctly garnished
To ensure portion control, preparation and storage methods avoid wastage and keep down costs
To ensure the pastry and service area are clean, tidy and attractive during service
To ensure that the staff that are working under your direction get adequate training
There is sufficient mise en place during busy Periods
Knowledge in ice cream preparation handling and storage
Flexibility in working hours
Good customer service approach
