Job Description: 

•  Leads the Creative Team to deliver the highest level of customer service by conceptualizing and designing POS Materials, flyers, etc. that will be implemented in the stores

•  Ensures that the POS Material designs are within the set standards and budget, as well as, aligns with the Marketing & Promo Dept. objectives.

•  Actively develops and communicates ideas and concepts to the Creative Team to support upcoming marketing plans, store promotions, etc.

•  Monitors production, execution and implementation of the designed POS Materials, stands, panels, etc. in the store by asking feedback reports from the Store Visual Merchandising Artists, conducting ocular visits, etc.

• Keeps self and the business adept and knowledgeable by continuously researching relevant market best practice and getting an understanding of what is needed in coming up with new design ideas

•  Carries out other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Line Manager

•  Determines the equipment and display designing needs, from ordering to overseeing use and maintenance processes; submits all requisitions to the Marketing Head

•  Works hand-in-hand with the Marketing Manager, Buying Team and closely with the Visual Merchandising Artists in ensuring all store merchandising and display designs are towards attaining the business goals and targets

•  Responsibilities include on-call and irregular working schedules, store visits and field works, pressed with timely POS Materials execution, team update reports submission and presentations to the Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and at times to the Top Management Team.

•  Delegates tasks ad responsibilities to direct reports and follows up task/s completion.

Requirements: 

·         Minimum 2 years of experience

·         Adobe CS / Cinema 3D&4D / Premier Cut / Photoshop / Illustrator / CAD 

·         English; Arabic knowledge is a plus

·         Should be based in Qatar with valid QID
