We are seeking an accountant cum salesperson who can manage walk-in customers and accounts for our retail electrical shop. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

1. Customer Acquisition and Management:

   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
   • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

   • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

3. Sales Reporting:

   • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Order Processing:

   • Manage the sales order process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
   • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and addressing any issues that arise.

Accounting Responsibilities:Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including sales and expenses.

  Invoicing and Payments:

  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process incoming payments and reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
    • Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
      • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
