Description
Main Tasks
1- Register all transportation maintenance transactions and keep the necessary records.
2- Communicate with Suppliers and team members to perform the duties based on company polices.
Routine and Daily Tasks
1- Revision all invoices received from suppliers and enter the data through MS (Excel & Word).
2- Sending email for suppliers to collect quotations.
3- Sending PO for suppliers.
4- Review the terms contract and the agreements related transportation maintenance.
5- Visiting vehicles agencies and spare parts shops to collect the materials, looking for required materials, negotiating to get the best prices, and others.
6- Keep a record for each vehicle and register all transactions related to the vehicle.
7- Follow up renewing the licenses and insurance polices for all vehicles.
8- Follow up routine maintenance such as changing oil and filter, Greasing, washing… etc.
9- Issuing the required reports based on work needs and direct manager requests.
10- Keep records of all tools and equipment.
