Job Summary:The Admin Intern will support the administrative team with various tasks, gaining hands-on experience in office operations and administrative processes. This role involves assisting with day-to-day administrative functions, organizing documents, and providing support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Help with organizing and maintaining office files and records.

Document Handling:
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and updating records in various systems.

Office Organization:
- Support the organization of office supplies and equipment.
- Help with setting up and coordinating meetings and events.

Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Address any inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.
