Description
we are looking for Admin female to join our team to work as below : - answering calls.
- Following up with clients regarding their enquiries.
- Working closely with Finance Dept. regarding client payments.
- Scheduling of meetings and taking down reminders for Ceo.
- Answering phone calls regarding enquiries.
- Working closely with Operations Team and making sure quotations and pending enquiries are worked on.
- Attending meetings and site visits when necessary.
- Working closely with vendors and suppliers for new enquiries.
- Communicating with clients .
- Handling projects, .
- Answering and drafting of emails.
