Job Brief:
ADMIN ASSISTANT Responsibilities includes proven admin or assistant experience, Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, Attention to detail and problem solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational and planning skills, Proficient in MS Office
HR OFFICER Responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions and
Requirements:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Transferable visa and with Valid QID
- Salary will be discussed during the interview
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Company is providing Salary + Free Transportation (depends on the location of the area)
