Description

We are a well-known Car Workshop / Garage based in the industrial area, looking for an experienced Automotive Parts specialist to join our existing team. 

The candidate should be able to manage and control the inventory of Automotive parts. Also to be able to work closely with vendors to ensure that they have a steady supply of parts, and they also help customers find the right part for their needs. 

Responsibilities of this position are: 

·        Provides clear and accurate information with regards to special –order parts.

·        Maintain parts storage area in a clean and well organized fashion.

·        Maintain auto spare parts in marked bin location.

·        Maintain current knowledge base in automotive parts descriptions and electronic parts catalogue.

·        Ensure deliveries are promptly received and notify internal and external customer accordingly.

·        Understands that the customer is the source of all revenue and should be treated with utmost respect.

·        Secure warranty parts, properly tags and promptly prepare the warranty documents and send to source.

The position is offered on a single status with the salary and benefits been negotiable dependent upon experience.

Minimum requirements for the position are as follows: • Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge. • Auto parts experience in wholesale or retail environment. • Should poses a good work ethic. • Neat, clean and professional appearance. • Should poses a minimum college diploma education. • Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms). • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. • Driving Licence • Able to transfer sponsorship
