As we further expand our presence in Qatar, we are seeking a talented Business Development Executive in our Real Estate Division to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for various property leasing requirements such as Apartments & Villas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential Clients, Landlords, and Stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in business development and sales in the Vehicle Leasing, Furnished Property Rental or Hospitality Industry domain preferred.
- Familiarity with the Qatar market and relevant industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
