Catering and Dinning Supervisor must have 2 to 4 years Experience in industrial catering
01. Ensures staffs adhere to food hygiene, Health and Safety and Licensing Regulations.
02. Communicates effectively with all catering staff and the delivery of Managers instructions.
03. Monitors and controls the performance of the staff to ensure the correct standards are achieved in all areas.
04. Ensures all aspects of production and presentation of service meets the high quality standards expected by clients.
05. Inspect the food packing/dishes/boxes for any defects/cleanness before dispatching.
06. Check vehicle hygiene before dispatching food.
07. To receive, check and record the delivery of goods and eliminate distribution delays, excess/less food portions.
08. Monitor the daily food wastage/shortage from sites and report to the catering manager
09. Completes all necessary records in accordance with procedures.
