Job Title: Certified HSE Officer

Job Type: 6 Months Contractual Role

Job Summary:
ASB Trading and Contracting is seeking a Certified HSE Officer

• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies at all times.

• Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.

• Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and method statements.

• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions to site teams.

• Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.

• Monitor use of PPE, machinery, and tools for safety compliance.

• Maintain proper documentation of safety records, permits, and reports.

• Support in emergency response planning and drills.

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

• Minimum [2–5] years of experience in construction or industrial safety.

• Certification in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site safety practices.

• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
