As an Arabic Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional Arabic dishes with precision and creativity. You will play a key role in maintaining the authenticity and quality of our menu while also contributing innovative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing a wide range of Arabic dishes, including mansaf, maqluba, bukhari rice and desserts, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.
Managing kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
Collaborating with the management team to develop seasonal menus, special promotions, and new culinary concepts.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
