Description
- IMMEDIATE HIRING – Front Desk Receptionist
- Place of Work: Al Wakrah & Doha
- Vacancies: 3
- Minimum 2 years experience.

- Can speak English and Hindi with a pleasing personality

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
- Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
- Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities
- Maintaining administration and operation records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department
- Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
- Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stock
Education:
- Candidates must have completed any bachelor’s degree
- Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and its applications
