Description

  • IMMEDIATE HIRING –   Front Desk Receptionist
  • Place of Work:  Al Wakrah & Doha
  • Vacancies: 3
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Female
  • Can speak English and Hindi with a pleasing personality
  • Local hire only
  • Can join immediately

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings
  • Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities
  • Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities
  • Maintaining administration and operation records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct department
  • Greeting the guest/ customer at the office
  • Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stock

Education:

  • Candidates must have completed any bachelor’s degree
  • Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and its applications
