We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin, Document Controller, and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, capable of managing administrative tasks, document control, and logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate logistics activities. Prepare accurate and compliant shipping documentation, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of shipments and any challenges encountered.
Maintain and manage all important documents for the project, ensuring that they are easily accessible and stored securely.
Ensure that all documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal services.
Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate the various document control reports as required.
Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs.
Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers.
Ensure all documents are as up-to-date as possible within electronic filing systems.
Desired Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
Knowledgeable in Importation and Exportation Procedures.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least 4 to 5 years of related experience is required.
