Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation, exit interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR policy implementation.
- Track attendance, leave requests, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor-related processes when necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR procedures in Qatar is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Experience using HR software or ERP systems.
- Prior experience in a similar industry (construction, logistics, or corporate services).
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus.
