Financial Audit
- Conduct financial audit of hotel operations, including revenue and expenses.
- Help Managers in Review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Identify and document financial discrepancies, irregularities, and area for improvements.
Operational Audit
- Conduct operational audits of hotel operations including food and beverage inventory management, production, and utilization.
- Conduct guest occupancy management.
- Other operational income audit including spa, laundry etc.
- Analyze and optimize operational cost.
- Review operational procedures and policies to ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document operational discrepancies, irregularities and area for improvements.
Compliance Audit
- Review hotel records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document compliance discrepancies, irregularities and area for improvements.
Reporting and Follow-up
- Prepare and present audit reports to management, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Conduct follow up audits to ensure implementation of recommended improvements.
- Monitor and report on the status of audit recommendations.
Experience of 5 Years in the Hotel – Internal Audit is required.
Qualification – B.Com / M.Com / CA-Intermediate, CMA-Intermediate.
