Desired Experience from a Seasoned Office Manager (Coach)
1. Executive Support Mastery
Minimum 5–10 years supporting C-level executives (e.g., CEO, CPO, CFO).
Expertise in managing executive calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence.
Skilled in gatekeeping, prioritization, and email triage for high-volume inboxes.
2. Outlook & Microsoft 365 Proficiency
Deep understanding of Outlook rules, folder systems, and delegated inbox management.
Experience using Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft collaboration tools.
Knows how to configure shared calendars, meeting polls, and task automation.
3. Workflow & Administrative Process Design
Strong background in setting up efficient administrative systems for daily workflows.
Ability to teach filing systems, task management techniques (e.g., Eisenhower Matrix, GTD).
Familiarity with corporate admin best practices and SOPs.
4. Communication & Business Writing
Excellent in professional correspondence, executive summaries, and internal communications.
Can coach on tone, clarity, formatting, and C-suite communication protocols.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
Proven track record handling sensitive HR, payroll, legal, and executive matters.
Can mentor on protecting sensitive information and maintaining professional boundaries.
6. Experience in Qatar / GCC Context
Knowledge of local corporate culture and office protocol (especially in Doha, Qatar).
Familiar with HR practices, facility coordination, and dealing with Arabic/English bilingual environments.
Has worked with multinational or semi-government companies in the region.
7. Coaching & Mentorship Mindset
Willing to share insights, review your work, and give actionable feedback.
Patience to teach and guide rather than just delegate or manage.
