Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, manage maintenance staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of facility equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for facility equipment, machinery, and infrastructure

• Manage and schedule maintenance technicians and contractors

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards

• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies

• Implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve machine performance

• Record and track maintenance tasks, work orders, and reports

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems

• Train and guide maintenance staff on equipment handling and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

• Experience in facility maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations

• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety standards

• Proficiency in maintenance software and work order systems (CMMS)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle emergency repairs
