Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Technician with strong HVAC expertise to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in HVAC system operation, repair, and maintenance, along with general MEP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, especially HVAC units (split, package, ducted, VRF systems).

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing faults efficiently.

• Inspect, test, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Maintain daily reports, service logs, and inventory of tools and materials.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

• Support engineers and supervisors during MEP projects and inspections.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Technology.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance with HVAC systems.

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems maintenance.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in facility maintenance or construction projects.

• Available to join immediately.

• GCC experience (Qatar/UAE/Saudi) is an advantage.
