Position: Nail Technician Lash Technician (Experienced)

Our salon combines sophistication, cutting-edge techniques, and personalized service. We seek talented Nail Technicians and or Lash Technicians who excel not only in their craft but also in client relationships and sales.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform high-end nail services (manicures, pedicures, Spa , gel/acrylic extensions, intricate nail art) And OR

• Expertly apply luxury lash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid) with flawless precision.

• Drive retail and service sales by recommending premium products and add-on treatments.

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional after-sale care (follow-ups, booking reminders, loyalty incentives).

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and upsell tailored services.

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and salon presentation.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative, in-demand services.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-end salon or spa (nail/lash specialization).

• Certification in nail/lash technology (preferred).

• Strong sales background—ability to meet/exceed retail and service targets.

• Exceptional communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus) to engage discerning clients.

• Persuasive and consultative approach with a focus on client retention.

• Expertise in luxury brands.

• Professional, polished appearance and warm, confident demeanor.
