POSITION: RETAIL PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR MULTI-NATIONAL CAR WASH COMPANY BASED IN QATAR
REPORTING TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
• Qar 2,500 - 3,000 monthly starting salary
• Company provided accommodation

REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A TRANSFERABLE QATAR VISA AND VALID QATAR DRIVING LICENSE
• Intermediate school level and above
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Age between 25 - 40 years old

JOB DESCRIPTION: Main responsibility is to supervise car wash staff and physically monitor all of the company's retail project sites to check the site situation and ensure all retail staff are following company guidelines and procedures.
Retail Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Implementing strict control procedures for the management of cash and sales coupons on and off-site with ZERO tolerance for any malpractice
• Maintaining and monitoring compliance of all retail staff to company policies & procedures, recommending and implementation of employee fines and penalties if needed
• Fulfill pre-defined standard car wash operating procedures, carry out and monitor manpower deployment and operational plans
• Ensure efficient asset utilization and inventory management
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking operational tasks as required by management
