We are Trading & Contracting Company actively seeking for Purchasing Officer with extensive working knowledge in MEP & related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (Local & International) to secure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor and track the delivery of orders, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor databases.
• Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to understand procurement needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have minimum 2–4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role in Qatar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple purchase requests simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Must have valid Qatar Driving License
