We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond and record to the requirements of the customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Manages employees’ daily operations and performance.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

• Preparing Customer and Supplier database. Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Working with staff members from other departments such as finance, operations, engineering, logistics to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Developing electronic filing database for past and current office records.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication,
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelors Degree
• Multimedia tools will be an additional asset.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
